can't you ship my order right away, out of stock? |
| A. All Brasch heating equipment
is CUSTOM designed and built to specification. Each unit is
individually engineered. We do not maintain a line of standard
equipment for "off the shelf" delivery. Brasch works closely with
its manufacturing representatives to assure proper fit and function. |

| Q. Where
do I go for parts or repairs? |
| A. Brasch warrants their electric
coils for two years and all other parts for one year. Should a
part fail during the warranty period a Return Goods Authorization will
be issued and Brasch will repair or replace the defect. If parts
or repairs are necessary beyond the warranty term, Brasch will provide
like components for replacement purposes on a best effort basis for up
to twenty years. In all cases, contact your local
Brasch
representative for authorized service. |
